Floor 81 has a old Shinto shrine,it rarely is visited by anyone in the building other then the shrine maiden that lives there. The donation box is almost always empty,the shrine maiden also usually resolves the random incidents that happen on the tower and probably deserves more respect,and money as they are probably starving.
