Tick 0: The Nothing before (~60hr)
A twitch in the darkness, a flash in the Void, and countless tiny flames scatter from a soot black cloud. Another crash, another commotion, and a freezing swarm arises from Zero Cubed, quenching the confused flames. Some fall, returning to the Center, and some fly, far outside the nourishing core. A fortunate few remain forever to circle the Center, just outside of reach.
Around a lifeless thing of the accursed swarm a Bubble grows, allowing the sparks to resolve into gods. The new caretakers of the empty Bubble are...

Given this vast, empty slate, the gods must now endeavor to formulate the rules behind creation itself, to create worshippers to serve them, messengers to execute their plans, or something greater. It may even be necessary to modify the very concept of godhood to suit their needs.
- CNCL0.00: Proposals require three unopposed votes or a supermajority of 66% to pass
- CNCL0.01: There is no justice system
- CNCL0.02: The Council may elect to delegate control over something to the GM, also via a proposal. (This is reversible)
New players are always welcome. Since they went unused most of the time anyway, there are no sphere suggestions (at the moment).
