Beerboiled: A Sober Fortress

Armok had gotten bored with yet another world, inhabited by stupid, drunken dwarves.
But then, he came up with an idea.
"I will take away their alcohol, and watch as their civilizations are thrown into chaos. This will be most entertaining." [Insert evil laugh.]

This is going to be a standard succession fort, with one fun little change. Dwarves have no access to alcohol, because they did not make enough ☼rock trumpets☼ for Armok.
Have !!fun!!.

           

-Rules-

-Dwarves cannot drink alcohol. They must live on water and vomit other, less desirable drinks.
-If a dwarf drinks ANY alcohol, they MUST be killed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Sadistically torture your dwarves by destroying and selling alcohol. Tell us how many barrels you have disposed of at the end of your turn.
-Rules regarding turns are pretty standard for succession forts. One year turns, upload save to DFFD when done, the usual.
-You can use any program that does not affect gameplay, and Therapist.
-You can change the graphics, but try to keep this limited to ASCII-style graphics sets like CLA or Geoduck.
-If you do not provide an update within a week, your turn will be skipped, and the next person in line will go. If you have a good reason for not providing any updates, I will give you more time.
-You have 3 days to notify me that you have accepted your turn and have the save file, or you will be skipped. I will PM you.
-Try to fill out as many dorfing requests as possible during your turn.

This might seem like a pretty easy embark site for most of you, as we have everything we need, but remember that the dwarves will be really slow, and these are untamed wilds.

Since we don't need to focus on making a variety of booze, let's make a variety of food, with all the cave crops, and some hunting supplies. Also bringing a rope and some buckets for water collection and a well.

It is permitted, because while it can change something in-game (dwarf labors), this change is helpful rather than what I'd consider "cheating", and a lot of people love and use Therapist anyway.

Now this is just sadistic. Whoever plays this should make a giant, alcohol free tavern to taunt the dwarves encourage teetotalism.

Gwolfski has notified me that he is currently overseeing another fortress, so his turn has been delayed. This means Ryukan is going to start us off.

*maniacal laughter is heard throughout the Mountainhome*

Ryukan rushes throughout the fortress and grabs six other dwarves whilst laughing and throws them onto a wagon and sets off.

One of the dwarves bravely asks what is going on. Ryukan reaches into his pocket and produces a sheet of paper with the Royal seal on it and with the title of Official Position  of Overseer. Oh cool, said the dwarf, but uhhh, where's the booze?

Ryukan laughs and says, What Booze citizen?

The seven continue on while six of the companions stare in horror of this prospect.
