The Year is XXXX+1, PNP, or, Post "New Phase" as the media has taken to calling it, suddenly and without any warning, at 10:56 UTC, Competitive Card Games and other Traditional Tabletop games, became real, simple games between friends were interrupted as Blue-Eyes White Dragons erupted from their cards, Bey Blades destroyed arenas, MTG players experienced the first surprise since that one pack that came out. There were many deaths even before people understood the implications, within a week, society was nearly uprooted as magic and monsters ran rampant, before order was restored through military action, and a group of very brave young boys, age 10-15.
This is not their story.
Rather, this is what came after, in the form of order being brought back to earth in the form of the CCTG Global Police force, who train the best and brightest Traditional Game players the world has to offer, from Bakugan to Pokemon, Kids and adults from all around the world come to train at one of the many CCTG Police Headquarters around the world, to defend against criminal Factions that have sprung up, from the Black Hand to Deep Blue, there are many who seek to use the power of Tabletop games to rule the world,
though you don't know this just yet. Along your journey you will make friends to last a lifetime, and Enemies to put fear into your souls, You will learn the value of
Skill, and the value of
Heart. It will be a perilous trip to be sure, but with your Paraphernalia by your side, you are bound to work out just what you can do, and then do even more.
Card Games and a few other games have become real, You are a member of an acadamy who tries to stop bad guys from taking over or destroying the world with them. Matches will mostly be 1 on 1 or 2 on 2, and spectating will be a large part of the game, keep this in mind unless someone is willing to help run simultaneous matches.
Don't Be a Prick, Douche, or Worst of all, a Meany Pants, you can be brooding and edgy in game all you want, but considering the complex, intricate, and downright hard to manage aspect of this game, you are expected to either detail any snazzy plans you have to see if they would have a chance to work OOC, or be prepared for them to fail if the circumstances deem them a failure. If multiple people come to me with a good argument, I will hear it out, but try PM's first for complaints, and OOC first for suggestions along the nature of what I described.
Considering the nature of this game, you are expected to self manage, I am unlikely to call anything out as Overpowered or Underpowered, and by extension, I should be informed ASAP on matters such as that so they can be dealt with in a timely manner, this is unavoidably a rules light game, and should be respected as such.
You will be expected to know the rules of the Game you are running a character as, at least enough to play it if prompted.
*EDIT* Cheer Mechanic, spectators can make comments on the game, and players can "Happen to do these" despite not hearing the comments, granting skill and heart bonuses for it, because that is how it works in the anime.

Unopposed Match: You 'start' a game of your system, but with no opponent, this uses the RAW of your system very loosely, and you are expected to creatively use your cards.
Conflicted Match: Two people with two different systems start a match, Your system's RAW is used slightly loosely on what yu can do, such as being able to use cards outside of their intended purpose in some way, (being able to use polymerization on any two creatures, rather than only on special combinations of monster, using attack spells on scenery and normally untargetable things, Ect.)
Mirror Match: Two people of the same system start a match, Your system's RAW is held to strictly, and very little deviation is allowed, outside of things relating to scenery, interference (which transforms it into a conflict match) and so on.
Creatures - Cards that stay on the field and have a "body" containing stats such as attack and health. (Pokemon in Pokemon, Monsters in YuGiOh, Minions in Hearthstone, etc.)
Spells - Cards that lack a "body" but produce an effect. (Usually called 'Spells' in many card games but may go by other names as well.)
Items - Cards that interact by "attaching" themselves to a player or a Creature in order to alter them in someway, also oftentimes called Equipment.
Paraphernalia: Any Anomalous object while not activated.

20 Stat Points, allocate as you please
Health: 1 Point in this is 10 Points of Health 10 points in this stat equals what you should have in a Mirror Match, for your respective system.
Heart: How much your Paraphenalia trusts and cares for you, and vise versa. Increases the chance of miracles happening, such as lucky draws, incredible feats, and impossible actions. A good attitude and actions will generally grant bonuses to this.
1d20+Stat, if it exceeds 20, A miracle happens, You can only have SqrRoot Heart Miracles happen per combat, the chance is greatly increased the closer you are to losing.
Tolerance: 1 point in this is 5 Points of tolerance. While you don't show it, playing these games can take it's toll, This stat is how well you can cope with taking Damage or suffering effects personally in these arcane games.
Roll to suffer an effect if damage taken in one turn exceeds your tolerance.
Skill: This shows how well you know your Paraphenalia, and is used for performing unorthadox stunts in Conflicts Matches and Uncontested Matches.

*EDIT* Players using the Hearthstone System may use 30 cards, due to Fatigue damage.
You are limited to one system, though a second one can be constructed, but only to be used one at a time. Means may be available later to convert something of one system to another.
