Crashed while trying to press z to inspect a titan

is this a glitch that only occurs with masterwork df or is a normal dwarf fortress glitch in 42.06?

I had this happen with forgotten beasts 2-4 times before. Perhaps the random generator is pulling on stuff to create the titan/FB the game does not care for and crashes as result?
