Currently working on a game, but there are three directions I wish to take it and I am uncertain which would have the most interest. Three ideas I have are below. Description length based on how long it would need to be to get the point across.
First would be a business simulator with various industries upon a randomly generated map and multiple AI corporations that handle portions of the supply lines not controlled by the players, as well as directly compete. Included will be various abilities to boost production, sabotage, and influence both the government and the economy. Other features would include an adapting economy, governments breaking up monopolies, and passing various regulations that affect your production. May attempt to include wars and multiplayer.
Second, a metroidvania game wherein you are a mage creating various spells by combining a spell and another spell or a modifier. Would have 15 regular and 5 modifiers. Will attempt to have multiplayer.
Third, a roguelike in a jPEG style in a partially dungeonpunk setting with the story adapting to who dies in battles. First character gotten would be cursed to have multiple lives. Will attempt to use inevitability, failure, and insignificance in the story.
Which of the above carries the highest amount of interest?
