A: I'm guessing you mean airplanes but! Because I'm not sure I'm gonna talk about the wind travel. The wind blows from West to East until it reaches the Middle East where the winds change route and start going North to South.

A: The East Tech is ruled by a council and a Shogun is chosen from the council to lead the East Tech every 5 years. It is one Faction that pretty much dominated the others and incorporated them into the faction.
