Before we get a homepage we should think of the structure of this cult and why are we actually here

I suggest that our cult structure looks like this:

Highest Priest - currently Liberonscien
The council of ten, consisted of ten high priests - from MoonyTheHuman to Kiwioui
Priest council - consist of the council of ten and all the other priests
priests (no more than 30, numbers can be changed, at all times) - members that can vote for stuff, if a priest is not active for too long he becomes a memeber
members - can become priests

Highest Priest - controls the list of priests and members, can't kick out a high priest from the council.

Anybody can suggest stuff, but only priests can vote. First a suggested thing has to go thru a normal priest voting, if it passes, the council of ten votes. and than if it passes, the highest priest decides if it is right and we do it. The highest priest can say the matter is right before any voting so that we do it faster.
The highest priest can be changed if at least 30 priests in the priest council vote so.
A high priest is changed if at least six other high priests and the highest priest agree.
The highest priest can change anything in the cult other than this structure and the deity.
