As far as characters, probably some sort of tanky character or a mage that'll focus more on supporting (I still have to read the handbook, I cannot into FE.)

Of course, Twin is neither man nor woman but an unholy eldritch abomination like every other Bay12er. The difference is they hide it better.

Those mugs for a thief and dancer I mentioned.

I'm working on a mug for a theoretical knight, as well (or maybe Cavalier if we're lacking mounted units)

Head angle/body angle feel slightly off on dude. Like he's jutting his head out a bit? Consider shifting just the head (not the neck) right a pixel or two. Girl mug has similar issue of head and body not quite aligning for some reason but not sure how to fix that one. Also you really like that face, huh?

Edit: Also if anyone wants a mug, feel free to ask in here. Myself and a couple other people tend to not mind making mugs if people ask nicely. :P

Which is why I post them here before submissions begin, so I can make edits.

Also, it's one of the few I could make fit(ish) on the body :P

That dude needs some kind of neck readjustment.
There's also something off about the female, but I can't put my finger on it. Maybe head-to-body ratio?
Their hair might also be better toned down slightly from ear-searingly lime, as well.

Oh, well, swordstar already said it, but yeah.

:P

Practice makes perfect (or at least decent!). Although the color *is* from a Fire Emblem game. Nino I think had it.

Heh. I'm alrightish at mugs, but I imagine when I'm better I can actually make more original stuff rather than splicing so much.

Just because something came from a FE game doesn't mean it's something that should be used a lot. Some of the stuff they did is... not great lol. Also I think it helped Nino that she had something dark in her hair cause it helped offset it a bit.

Man, I'd love to be able to make more original stuff... Instead I just make crazy splices lol. Or really simple splices sometimes haha

I mostly splice, sometimes I stick in original bits if I have a particular concept wedged in mind, like Lian's braid or Kaldach's PeekABangs or the several arms I've made for the sole purpose of facepalming. But I would find it really hard to do something completely original. Nothing wrong with doing fine-detail splicing.

I've never played an FEF before, but I'd like to try; if we're reserving classes, I'd like to be a Mage.

I'm considering:
Knight->General
Cavalier->?
Thief or Scavenger->Bounty Hunter

Kind of seeing a lot of overlap with every single one though. ><

Look on the bright side. With so many applications, you can pick whatever you want! Someone is almost guaranteed to pick something similar after all, so it shouldn't matter too much.

We're not reserving classes, just talking about what classes people are considering. That's all~

I need a facepalm mug for my alchemist, I think.

Really I just want cool helmets, but they're so hard to make and not look crap ;_;

aaaa
so many veterans
better start tryharding on my sheet when the sheet for this game's released

Also, do we have to use the terminology on the Rulebook or is there less awkward wording for most of the classes? I already had Persona jokes swimming around when I found out what a 'Social Knight' was. :P

Also also, I really need to learn how to make mugs. I've only made two mugs ever, and one of them got horribly savaged and the other one I've lost to the depths of time. :P

I... kind of want to do an adjusting glasses mug for her at this point.

It's cavalier. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise. Also don't worry so much about tryharding, we've got yer back and it's very likely Haspen will be accepting more new people this time around :v.
