Allright, yer gonna have to wait for the next migrant wave. All the unclaimed scholars are female.

In other news, another siege as soon as I start that wanders off the map.

Man, Splint is bad at actually trading. GHe can tell what everythings worth, yes, but he cant convince a man thats on fire to put themselves out.

This being Braveworks (heck, just DF in general), I'm not sure if you're being literal or not there. Has anyone actually been walking around on fire nonchalantly again?

Sorry about my poor responsiveness.

RimWorld is distressingly similar to DF and it's devouring me.

Well its seven temples. Or rather, will be once they finish digging themout.

Might want a more distant general purpose temple as 8th perhaps, in case of residents from other civs and for symmetry.

We have one of those allready. However, we do have a list of about 20 deities we can set temples up for.

Sorry about my poor responsiveness.

RimWorld is distressingly similar to DF and it's devouring me.

As I bought this a mere 4 days ago, I can relate. It's currently sucking the marrow out of my bones.

Currently Im saved from that thanks to lack of CR update for the new version. Once you use it, the vanilla combat system is even more lackluster and just saps away enjoyment with its oversimplification.

*Audio transcripts of Meatpieologist AseaHeru from summer of 321.

3ed Hematite
Degenerate spawn spotted, with first and second squads dispatched.

4th Hematite

It must have been a scout, for sensors sent up an alarm for another invading group. Eight Spawn have thusfar been spotted, but more are surely to come.

Except, of course, that as soon as I say that they wander off again. What is happening? Are we on some sort of Spawn highway, and they are just straying into sensor range? This is strange.

Another thief spotted, or perhaps its the same one. They dont seem terribly interested in taking our things. Military dispatched.

5th Hematite
It managed to escape our troops again. Thinking about construction of a sniper tower to help counter this behavior.

11th Hematite

Received a message that Flame Edanmeng has been missing for a week. Thats worrying, since there are no events to my knowledge that may have caused them to go missing.

In other news, I have designated a cavern fishing area, located far above one of the underground lakes. Also located in that area will be a small tavern and dormitory for use by the smiths and the like.

13th Hematite
A lone, seemingly random human diplomat showed up. Strange.

15th Hematite
The interior refuse stockpile has been laid out and the first doors are being installed. This should make things a fair deal safer incase of a necromancer attacking or something. Also, it turns out that that human was here to gossip a bit with the baroness. Not sure why anyone in their right mind would come out here alone just for that, but atleast we got some interesting news out of it.

17th Hematite

Human caravan has shown up. Ordered shifting of many goods to the trade depot. Also, the mayor has been reelected.

Human traders are pains in the ass. Give them a good profit and they will still get prissy with you. Well, its that or Splint is really bad at his job. Anyways, after some negotiation Splint pissed them off enough that they left, so we confiscated a fair deal of goods. What a bag of pricks, actually worse then an elf would have been.

In any event, Splint has been sacked as broker and our mayor appointed. I dont think they quite know how to tell what something is worth, but they can actually convince someone of something.

8th Malachite
The cavern fishing area breached into an unknown area of the cavern above it, allowing in swarms of elk birds and drunians. First squad had been dispatched to provide security, which they are doing handily.

16th Malachite

Mosus Uzolalath, carpenter has been taken by a fey mood, claiming a carpenters workshop.

18th Malachite
They started work, using a pair of logs and some cloth. Im glad they got all they wanted.

20th Malachite

Well, this is slightly worrying. However, I think it is trapped in the first cavern. Currently we only have to really worry about the second cavern level at the moment, due to the lack of a wall.

22 Malachite
Migrants have arrived. List to follow.
Sibrek Amugnish, male doctor and swordsdwarf aged 24. Assigned to Sabers of Dusk.
Olon Lushoniden, female fishery worker aged 75. Spouse of Mebzuth Keskalakrul(ranger aged 75). Two children. Assigned to assist masonry.
Rigoth Tulonnunur, female aged two. Daughter of Olon Lushoniden and Mebzuth Keskalakrul
Mebzuth Keskalakrul, male ranger aged 75
Amost Ducimoshur, male ranger/teacher/farmer/performer aged 115. Spouse of Rovod Astisubbul and father of three
Rovod Astisubbul, female clerk and macedwarf aged 109. Spouse of Amost Ducimoshur and mother of 3. Assigned Abbeys of Haze.
Zefon Kirarcatten, male swordsdwarf and farmer aged 111. Spouse of Mosus Oslanzoluth and father of 5. Assigned Abbeys of Haze.
Atis Eshtaningish, male farmer aged 79. Spouse of Rimtar Atolilral. Assigned to clothing industry.
Rimtar Atolilrar, female bower and fishery worker aged 78.
Urdim Gusilzeg, female dancer and odd-jobber aged 92. Spouse of Mistem Necikcatten. Assigned to Mountainous Mischief
Mistem Necikcatten, male surgeon/speardwarf aged 90. Assigned Abbeys of Haze

23ed Malachite

Well... Thats a weaponrack that Mosus Uzolalath went and made. Congrats, I guess.

In other news, realized that we dont have any nest boxes for our poultry. Ordered a number to be made.

Nothing else of note happened in summer, though of course the second it hits autumn the SHTF.

You are doing great work Aseaheru !

Did we have any book written ? In my version of Braveworks, a book about dictionary was quickly created.
