It is over.

But I greatly appreciate that last question. We can easily break people down, but I can appreciate looking to the good parts of a candidate as opposed to solely their faults, especially in a very, very caustic political environment.

Many Bothans soldiers died to bring us that tape.

Well..... Trump did a hell of a lot better, though Clinton performed about average. Not really any clear winner I guess. Win for Trump because he did better, and win for Clinton because she didn't screw herself up.

And thanks to FearfulJesuit for starting the channel!  So glad I joined this time.  It was a *blast*.
Also one of my good non-bay12 friends joined in too, so that was fun!  Can you tell who?  Probably but it really doesn't matter.

538's thingjigger.

And I'unno smj. I think the sniffling may cost the guy. Was listening instead of watching so I didn't see much of the body language but what I did seemed a bit more in favor of clinton, too. Low expectations being what they are, I can't say if that's going to lean things toward a win for clinton, but *shrugs*

Well this made me feel lukewarm, despite being an epic source of memes like the War of Russian Aggression, the things I respect about Donald Trump ("His glorious hair", "His orange skin", "The fact he has the strength to ignore the little voice in his head telling him to kill himself", etc), and other such incredibiles.

Trump didn't implode publically. I think this will all depend on how people interpret it. The dirty first thirty, the issues in the middle, the last question, or all the memes. The other question is: whether this ultimately distracts from grabbing her by the pussy.

Bloody hell it just hit me that sniff is probably going to become a thing, memewise. I'd say kill me now but it's clear I've already died and am just now noticing I'm in hell.

I'm very pleased that it was Raddatz shutting him up each time he started rambling and then going on about them being mean.

Twitter seems to be convinced that the biggest talking point tomorrow will be Trump threatening to have Clinton imprisoned if he's elected. Personally I'm thinking it would be the madness, but I'm not everyone.

That is a pretty intense point. I originally put one of them promising to prosecute or exile the other post-victory in the drinking game as a more absurd thought.

I'm thinking that the press will get a lot of mileage talking about how much better he did this time than last.

That is the natural narrative even though he was... well not a very strong debater by any normal standard.
