Take one scale from a Dragon-Prince.
Crush an Amebuie to dye and pour it into a Kastyrian skull.
Pluck a Cinado flower and crush it to dye, mixing it with crushed Gremil on the Dragon-Prince scale.
Soak a Nethar and pour it into a Trillianis bladder.

Overall action: Weave the tapestry Acath Quosazuso, which depicts a World Tree and gods.

Xylia is still in the upper branches.
"Let us see what zis Power can do."
Xylia creates a heatless flame, it is blue, but also pale. So pale, it looks white.
It sends very slight ripples of light every few seconds. If you pay attention, it outlines the terrain and even people.
It is visible even to the blind, because it uses power. And with no other sight to worry about, it lets them see very well.
Xylia puts 4 Power into the flame, then splits it up, into 7.
One is put into a Blink Lizard Xylia creates. One is put in a flower, in an open area. One in a flower in a closed area.
One is put in a branch of the world tree. One is left on the ground. One is made to float through the air.
The last is given an additional Power, and given a will of it's own. It is a Will O' Wisp, and feeds off mist.
Xylia observes how well the flames fare, which extinguish, and how fast they do so.
