Remove the helmet, just keep the visor. Attach it to head with cyber implants. Replace outfit by classy corporate suit. Bam. Cyberpunk.

Also I was thinking of the Warelords in mind for the earlier image, a gang in the Glitch Logs series. I probably needed to make them look slick rather than grungy and unwashed though.

The torso looks backwards, if that makes sense. Perhaps next time try not having the hips so forwards.
