Can't deprive my hostages. HELP!(me)

The wiki shows the following three options for dealing with hostages: sleep deprivation, give food, give water, but when I play none of those options show. how do I it?

They were removed for some reason I can't remember. I think it was for a future revamp of the interrogation system.

The wiki is really outdated and referring to a really old version of the game. Don't trust everything it says. Newer versions removed those options.
