Masterwork V 1.13 (43.03) - Problem making ink

I am having real trouble trying to work out how to produce ink for the libraries, I have built a Scriptorium and have checked my stocks for dye,graphite, blood and ash which I have plenty of, I also have plenty of empty jugs/vials to put the ink into, as well as plenty of paper but I cannot see anywhere to produce the ink. Is the ink produced at the scriptorium or a workshop? I have checked the docs and searched online but I just cannot work out what I am doing wrong!

If anyone can explain what I need to do I would be very grateful.

Haven't played in a while, but on 42.xx ink could be produced in the kitchen or in the quern.

Might be worth checking it.

Verified - it's in the kitchen, and it's called "Cook ash into ink"
