Shadowrunning groups.

I know about runnerhub and shadownet but is there other place similar to them on the web where a collection of GM and player can gather and have persistant characters? I live in quebec city/quebec, canada and im having a hard time finding groups to play with. Maybe you guys knows more about where to search and roleplayer gathering stuff and things?

There's Dumpshock, if you just want more Shadowrun forums. You may want to consider something like a VoIP and dice roller (Roll20,maptools, etc.) rather than PbP, though, since Shadowrun's short rounds can mix poorly with PbP's slow post rate.
