Awesome! That looks great, really interesting to see them all work together!

Not to get on the graphics train again, but I'd much prefer to see sparser bushes - it's just way too noisy with so many around and so many dwarves moving around. It's also probably best for them always to be over them, even if it doesn't look as good. Shrinking the bushes and making them a bit transparent might work either.

Whilst it's pretty now, with any kind of strategy game you really need to have good visibility or it becomes difficult to control.

That's a great point, thanks, I'll definitely get on to toning the bushes down. They've just been living on the "to-do tidy up list" after first putting them in and testing growth, so they grow way too quickly too.

It looks neat, although I'm personally a bit tired of the Warcraft-esque 'everything is covered in horns/tusks!!!' building esthetic for orcs. I'd prefer a more primitive 'everything is used in the building' approach that isn't so needlessly pervasive.

I mean...where are these things coming from and why are the orcs wasting them by sticking them on the sides of their buildings instead of finding better uses for the materials? They aren't even defensive spikes, they're just...there. I'd get it for temples or palaces or whatever but...everything? Why?


Sorry, pet peeve I suppose. Bothered me back when warcraft first came out and bothers me every time I see it since.

Aha, well the artist is a huge, huge warcraft fan so I guess that's showing through clearly! If it were me it'd be warhammer orcs though no more original :) I'm sure we'll develop a more original look and feel over time. Appreciate the feedback!
