I like it. Is it hard to draw something like that from a few, overly specific, lines?

I just basically took an ideally proportioned* face and tried to apply the description as a modifier - since it only points out what makes the creature stand out.
Of course, I messed up on a few points, like the hugemongous braincase she ended up with. Here's the in-game description, for comparison;
Her hair is extremely long. She is tall and incredibly skinny. Her teeth are widely-spaced. Her deeply sunken red eyes are slit. Her somewhat narrow head is somewhat short. Her short nose is extremely narrow. Her nose bridge is concave. Her somewhat tall ears are flattened. She has a round chin. Her eyebrows are somewhat long**. Her hair is dark scarlet. Her skin is fern green.

Actually, I'd be happy to make something similar for somebody else's adventurer.

** I took this to mean that they went far out on the side of her head, rather than they were long-haired.

Very nice. And with I've seen goblins described as gray in game and others that are green.

Looks like Dark Scarlet is one of the less bizarre colours you can get.

Those are all various shades of red and purple, take a look at Elven hair:

Even though they have white available, neither elves or goblins have the modifier that gives them graying and eventually white hair as they age.
