I do have one that's 1920 x 1080. I originally painted it with double that resolution so I saved it in that format.

Convert it to 16 colours and then build it in DF pixel by pixel out of pieces of road made of stone blocks (appropriately coloured) and upload that. No?

Seriously though, Dropbox is an excellent tool for this. Uploading files is easy these days.
