Aww does it matter really if i buy it from GOG for 8€ or steam for few € higher :) ?

I certainly did see something by Imofexios on the map, yes. It's not adjacent to Smogton though, so we can't be neighbors :(

GOG will help you if you have difficulties getting a game to play or your money back.

Yes, go into God Mode and use the Obliterate tool, which is on the top of the list. Then you can start over fresh with the same terrain. Do not delete the city form the region screen though, as that replaces it with a flat square of land.

Don't forget to reduce funding on new service buildings. For example the first elementary school you place supports like 500 students or something, but you probably have around 100 or so, so turn down the funding until the student capacity is just a bit more than the actual number of students.
