If our blood is actually ClF3, we should cut ourselves and spray them with the blood, no mere labcoat is enough to stop that stuff. It'll get their minds off us and on how much their skin and eyes burn fairly quickly(literally in this case).
EDIT: If there is glass between us and them, no worries, ClF3 burns glass as well. They won't be able to see us through the smoke.
