Specialization is for insects. Let each do as he wishes, for communism and individualism are not incompatible. Besides, sometimes people get things right without any logical reason for why they should.

Let's liken life to a game, where results are controlled by a twenty-sided die; a 20 is best, and automatically succeeds, while a 1 is worst, and automatically fails. When looking for traps, sometimes the scout will roll a 1 and the blind man will roll a 20. Stuff like that happens. We should be ready to capitalize on it. (I swear, it's only a turn of speech.
