Treat a symptom of your specialty in a region. Slows down the growth of the germ if caused by it. Lessens random increase of that symptom in the Regional Study.

3rd. Your games are pretty good, and they haven't been hard to pick up. The hardest part of any of your games I played was the was the [color=rgb(15,0,30) stuff..Not that I don't like a challenge. Which , from the looks of it, dungeon programmer should begin to get tricky soon.

Greetings doctors, I have assembled you here in response to recent events.

There has been a new terrorist pathogen released. It is a "smart bug" with a single goal to eradicate all human life.

Our sources tell us that it must be either a bacteria, parasite, or virus.

It's main weakness is it does not diversify so if you find it, you found all of it. It mutates as a whole.

In future debriefings we will refer to it as 'Germ X'.

Germ X has been released on one of the major continents.

Each turn the group will select where to fund a Regional Study. You will see current levels of all symptoms compared to typical levels. You may do this now.

However this turn will be special, because the area chosen will also be where you set up your Home Lab. This is where research on The Cure is done.

-Parasites are harder to find samples of
-Viruses mutate more rapidly
-Bacteria spread more quickly
-Rural areas are harder to sample but safer
-If the airports close to the region with the Home Lab it will be harder to send samples there

We're all getting the same Lab and Study. I'll go with Brain, the name Bey Eyhem, and think we should start in Africa- it's the middle ground in terms of airways, and is rural enough for a decent degree of safety.
