German literature though. I think I have read sentences in German that went on longer than a full page.
But then GermanWordsandSentencesuponthePagewithseverelackofSpacesacrossmostofaParagraphandalsodelayedGratifiactionfortheVerbevenwhilstcapitalisingEverythingthatmightbeaNoun they do. Nicht recht¹?

I'm reminded of Wittgenstein.
Quote from: Matt Russel, Dead Philosophers in Heaven
I was going to do my honours dissertation on Wittgenstein. I spent pretty much all of last year reading from the Tractatus to On Certainty. It almost killed me. Reading Wittgenstein is like siege warfare – it requires total commitment combined with the expectation of intense suffering. You have to be OK with reading 80 pages of impenetrably fragmented argument without knowing if you are completely wasting your time or not. I think, best case, I probably understand about 1/10th of what he was on about, and yet I’m pretty sure he was right about absolutely everything.

I mean I am a Liberal Arts major and when I look at Philosophy I for a moment know what it feels like to be STEM.

Anyway... so this evening ABC released one hour of an interview with Comey, who is promoting his new book (it was actually a five-hour interview, apparently). The NY Times has transcripts of the full interview, which they've released parts of. Read about it now, or read the tweets later!

Nothing fills me with the certainty of justice than when the lead prosecutor hasn't even presented their case and they're already doing book tours and press.

Comey isn't even a prosecutor in the investigation.

Sorry, got him confused with Mueller. I figure his book will be out next year.

I don't think you are allowed to write books in Guantanomo Bay.

I also don't think he would end up there. If he did get tossed in prison, probably a federal one in the US.

I'm curious what you all think the charges against Mueller would be. It's one thing to claim the investigation should not happen, but quite another to claim that it is itself criminal.

To clarify, I don't think he'll see any charges or that the investigation is criminal.

People may try to charge him, though.

He's no criminal, that's not what I said. However, the odds of Trump going full Erdogan and declaring everyone who is against him a terrorist are small, but not zero.

Didn't think you were saying that. I was saying it'd be a big leap for Trump to make.

It's funny because he's done more to erode the power of the presidency than literally centuries of presidents have.
