Apparently Mr. Sayoc is a Seminole, or at least identifies as a Seminole. But....his LinkedIn page says his grandfather developed a fighting style which was used to fight the Communist Party in the Phillipines.

So....it looks like what we've got here is "nuttier than a fruitcake". But they sure as hell can't claim he's not a MAGAt.

He's also been spotted in video from last year sometime at a Trump rally holding a sign saying CNN sucks!'. They'll definetly try as hard as hell to disown him, and Trump is being a non-leader as usual. Given that he is doubling down on blaming others, I have a feeling this may not be the last we'll see for a while, especially since 2020 season will start heating up right after the midterms, and it's gonna be RADIOACTIVE.

However, in this case the meme probably got spread by the creator. The person who made the parody website was a frequent commentator on Breitbart and Daily Caller, and had his twitter account suspended. it's likely he approved of the memes he created spreading, or actively helped them spread.
