I don't see his joke (though it is rather dark humor) any worse than when a fake bush, obama and now trump, heads were seen being held in a bloody stump. That was/is apparently acceptable for all 3 (though republicans were angry about bush/trump displayed that way and democrats angry about obama being displayed in the way).

'Fraid I can't help with that. I got Youtube TV.

There'll probably be highlight reels on Youtube and such by tomorrow, but those will of course be heavily filtered versions of events...

Fairly certain that's factually true.

Candidates are cultivated from behind the scenes by a team of production experts. It's basically theater.
