Upon receiving sincere nice words from the Ottomans, and otherwise having nice words from them, Spain wonders to reconsider its army placement if the Ottomans do the same.

Spain begins sending a ton of letters and ships filled with mail.

• Send a messenger to the United Kingdom of Great Britain asking for a non-aggression pact.

The United Kingdom thanks the Kingdom of France for their offer.  However, at this time, we do not seek to engage in a treaty of indefinite duration with France.  As well, the mass deployment of naval forces to Rouen, from whence it can only threaten the English Channel, does not seem in accord with a French spirit of non-aggression at all.  As such, we decline the French offer.

EDIT: Troop redeployments altered to take French positioning into account.  Scotland may have been friendlier to my neighbors, but it seems London is safer for me.
