...but it seems to me that if you have a military made up of only a few people, those people wait until they're on active duty to have a drink/sleep/catch up with friends/whatever. It's like - "Grizzly bear - Trade Depot! Send the marksdwarf...then she goes and gets a drink. And the grizzly bear goes on a rampage and gets a couple of names.
