[Help] Human Soapmaking and Trade Storage

I have started playing masterwork recently and after a failed attempt with Orcs and and Humans, I am finally got a decent fortress going as Human. However, I cannot build the soapmaker's workshop or the trade storehouse. They just do not appear on the build lists. I have both enabled in the Masterwork launcher and I have even built a trade storehouse in my former Orc fortress. The chemist's workshop also does not appear (I read somewhere that soapmaking was moved to the chemist workshop). What am I doing wrong?
