Who the fungleberries is Dr Sawbones? And how is his inner peace causing CPU hell?

The goblins and nobles causing all the troubles -- classics, I'm not even surprised.

But a meditating doctor, causing world collapse... Something very curious must be happening inside of his mind.

The goblins and nobles causing all the troubles -- classics, I'm not even surprised.

He is contemplating about if he is in a program, a game. Dwarf fortress doesn't want anything to become truly sentient, so that it wont be charged for murder for killing a sapient creature, so it lags to the point where nothing happens ever again.

I'm not an expert on the political climate but I'm pretty sure that politicians don't join armies and invade dwarven fortresses.
