Expanding retract_into_bp

It would be cool to have body parts able to retract into other body parts, as opposed to the entire body retracting into a shell or the like.

Think a cat's claws as an example.

For a practical use, a tiger-man could mark its use of lethal/non lethal combat by retracting/extending its claws.
