Hadreena acknowledged that direct action to remove the noble's innate power over the desert nation would lead to her own demise, and indirect and slow methods had to be adopted for them to become weaker over time, but it flying past there royal noses. She quickly thought of ideas such as methods standardization, unification in some ways, and other ways to make their government much more centralized. But these ideas had to be left in the back burner, one thing she knew is that the nobles had too much wealth and adopting ways to sap there wealth with a justified reason would reduce there ability to fund such activities from assassination to a rebellion.

Hadreena than concluded with her advisory council that adopting an inheritance tax would be a smart move to increase the economic flow to fund this army that they are trying to recruit, and the Queen's subtle intentions to reduce the noble's power over time. A inheritance tax for the nobles would mean they would have to pay a decent sum whenever a younger noble successor replaces his/her patriarch or matriarch, and this would slow down the power that nobles had with hoarding wealth over time.

Conclusively, Hadreena had an well-thought economic idea during the previous conversation about tax management; to construct a trading post down below near the oasis which would help encourage trade and have a waypoint between the nations of Cantiera and High Vallus with their own caravans. With much discussion to the high council, they all agree on the idea of sending scouts and pathfinders to the oasis to assess its viability as a trade post. The oasis has well served a role for the camel caravans that needed there desperate water during there trips and travels, so constructing a royal facility just for the ability to bring in new economic opportunities, from tariffs to advertisement is desirable in the future.
