If I was you I'd focus on the First Age (Ancient History) rather than the Third Age (The famous one from the movies).
The lines are more clearly defined and there are fewer major races to deal with.
It's also worth noting that goblin and orc are essentially interchangeable. The big extra-scary kind of orc is usually an Uruk, which is a newer, stronger, larger breed. Snaga, if I am not mistaken, is not a separate breed, but is a word in the black speech for slave and also the proper name of a specific orc from... Cirith Ungol I think? The fort in mordor that keeps a watch on Shelob.
Also, Uruks (Black Uruks as I think you have them there) are different from Uruk-Hai. The Uruk-Hai were insinuated to be bred by Saruman from Uruks and mixed with Men. Uruks are a relatively newer, stronger breed of orc used by Sauron as elites/officers. Also wot's a snuffler?
If you ARE going for Third Age, I don't think there were any Nauglath left.
I also note that you have no hobbits. Also, there ain't no fairies in Middle-Earth (sorry).
Also, let me know if you don't want me to get all uppity about LOTR and helpfully write paragraphs on obscure lore, because I don't want to be THAT guy. I would totally help with absolutely anything I know how to. I'd also play the hell out of it.
