2: It takes of great deal of time to get into your disguise.

Your intuition tells you it'd probably be best to hide it somewhere safe for emergencies, but you don't know anywhere like that to keep it in D.C. Instead, you cautiously roam the area, and eventually find a pawn shop.
6+2: You show the proprietor the bike, and he offers you 300 dollars because the bike is in good condition. You might be able to negotiate higher, but that seems like a pretty good deal.
Onward to the Mall then.
5+2: Your journey continues, though your mount is no longer so swift as before. You still greatly outspeed the average runner though, so it isn't all that bad.

5+4: Papaj searches for an enemy warrior to cut open, and spots a big mail truck towing a fighter plane! That's definitely suspicious, so he starts following it in pursuit. The vehicle is faster than he is though, so it slowly creeps out of sight.
7: PaPaj is certainly a distinctive figure when looking at him from the ground, but ziizo isn't sure about spotting him from the air. Nonetheless, he flies his spacecraft around the city, taking a good look at every sporting place he sees. In the end, everyone looks too similar from this height, and he can't tell a militant mercenary from a mailman.
1: The military and police are stunned in utter disbelief that an alien fighter craft is what devastated Volta Park. They completely fail to mobilize for now as a result.

2+2: You get the feeling that you're being followed as you continue to head south. You're coming up on a small coffee house by the name of Saxbys. Sitting outside is what looks to be a woman with long red hair. She's wearing a fairly simple black dress which looks to go below her knees. You're almost certain that this is who you've been searching for.

Marsupial Transformation: You can effortlessly change form to and from a Fawn Antechus. Assets are preserved. Each form is injured seperately, so changed can technically heal you.
Time Distortion: Passive effect: Clocks go wild in your presence. All abilities go on cooldown simultaneously. Cooldown: 4
Active effects: 1: Convince people that it is a different time than it really is. Cooldown varies with number of targets as well as the time chosen.
2: Speed the passage of time, but only for you and your assets. Last 2 turns. Allows greatly increased speed. Technically has a 9 turn cooldown, but the 2 turns at increased speed reduce the cooldown by 2 turns each. Effective cooldown of 7 turns.
3: Place all of a player's abilities on a 5 turn cooldown. Cooldown of 7 turns.

Generator Power: By sacrificing some coal, you can fire electricity from your hands. Smaller amounts allow you to give power to objects by touching them. Especially strong attacks(like sacrificing an entire bag) put this power on cooldown for at least 5 turns.
Cut the Cable: You can "Cut the Cable" on a single target. This is intentionally ambiguous and has many potential applications. Requires you to be able to see the target. Seeing the "cable" may not be necessary. Players have some passive resistance to this ability. 5 turn cooldown.
