The system can be scaled up almost infinitely by increasing the size of the antenna size and power source although,
Should also include an option to hook it up to existing vehicle power source, primarily thinking of ships here, which should have some really good power sources.
Added in a note to clarify that it can be powered in this manner.

it becomes progressively less efficient the larger it gets.
Delet this. Let Sensei handle problems.

The antenna is meant to be mounted on the tail fins of our planes and, can also be mounted on our vehicles and ships easily.
I'd want another emitter on the belly of bigger planes, just to make sure regular AA doesn't hit us. The smallest option could probably be carried in like two backpacks too.
It's already carried in two boxes but, added a note to clarify. Also added in the addition uses and, made clear it's designed to defeat proximity fuzes.

UF-RJ-42 'Fair Fight Module'
The Fair Fight is a purpose built radio jammer coming in a broad range of sizes. The smallest size is made up of an umbrella shaped antenna, a box about the same size as our tiger's roar radio and, a separate battery pack shamelessly stolen from the said radio. The box has a number of options which include(but not limited too), three tuners to adjust the frequency of the jamming effect, a power modulator to adjust the strength of the signal, a pulse adjuster to change the timing of the pulses and, a 5 setting on/off switch able to set the jammer to one of the three setting or randomly swap between them. The system can be scaled up almost infinitely by increasing the size of the antenna size and power source. The module can be easily mounted just about anywhere on our ships, planes and, vehicles to protect them from proximity fuzes. The main options envisioned are mounting on the tail fin, nose, belly of planes(depending on size, only the tail for fighters all three for the ice giant etc...) and also mounting on the top of vehicles.

Normal: 2
UF-RJ-42 'Fair Fight Module': The Fair Fight Module based on the Tiger's Roar radio system, but instead of modulating the signal's amplitude for communication, it sends a loud signal on the frequency used by Cannalan M1942 Proximity Fuzes. The radio includes a different capacitor for the frequencies it requires, making it incapable of resonating on voice frequencies, and a small, umbrella-shaped antenna array. When powered on, it fools proximity fuzes into detonating early. This is effective to about 300 meters. Unfortunately, putting more power into the system causes it to quickly overheat, so longer ranges aren't possible right now.

TPD 'Shark' 42: The shark is a modern torpedo, derived from the dolphin aerial torpedo. Designed as a destroyer torpedo, it weights nearly 2 tonnes. The propulsion system has been left mostly unchanged, but scaled up significantly giving the torpedo far greater speed and dramatically better range. The magnetic fuse has been reworked, now detecting changes in magnetic fields rather than the magnetic fields themselves. Combined with back-up impact fuzes, this should render any future degaussing (which has troubled german torpedo designs) less effective

I’m not sure that we can achieve both the size-up and the change in the magnetic fuses with a revision.

Revision: UF-RTS-43 'Long Shot' B

Using our new cavity radar, we fix the Longshot Targetting system.  It is now more precise. It factors in leads based on shell travel time and target velocity. It goes on all our ships, and our shore artillery.  This revision makes the Longshot matter now.

Whoa, what?

6 months of waiting for the turn to roll out, and then the design drops in 2 days? What is this, a revival?

I'm fine with the long shot revision, but also very open to other ideas.

UF-FT-43 "Conflagrator"
An upgrade to the Incinerator flamethrower. Uses higher pressure and and an optimized nozzle aiming to quadruple its current range, bringing it up to par with the flamethrowers of other modern nations.

AKA regain the jungle infantry advantage. 2/3 of our fronts are jungle right now.
Any other suggestions to improve the flamethrower or its name would be welcome.

Fix the Fair Fight. Make it stop overheating, make it longer range, have capabilities of covering any frequency, in case Cannalans change their fuses and possibly to also make it capable of jamming enemy radio communications, generally make it bigger, better, stronger, faster.

Assuming this could turn it into a decently long range comms/radar jammer, that could actually be pretty useful.

And since we can mount them in aircraft, if we mount them in multiple Reckless Effects, then we could blind them as to where our forces are within the jammed area, if said area would be an obvious blob.  Sure, they'd know we would be coming, but not where we concentrated our forces at.  Sure, it would be nice to have a Reckless mounting a jammer and a radar it can flip between as an AWACs/EW hybrid, but a better fair fight would go a long way to making that able to have a better area of effect.

Change the wording to explicitly mention that we hope to improve its ability to disrupt voice comms and radar, and to improve its range, and I will vote for it.
