Glass is, as usual, correct.
Yep, as ever, I bestow upon Glass the expected +1
I'm gonna say we go with whatever Glass's idea is.

You feel like now would be a good chance to try out the new cover identity mechanic.

This is a marvelous update and I have nothing I can contribute.  I just hope wherever we go is as much of a delight.

Who is Deekin?
A kobold bard companion from an expansion pack to a game named Neverwinter Nights. I am given to understand that it was quite popular at the time.

He was in the sequel as a vendor in the city. Highly popular at the time indeed.

Just caught up, my sides are hurting :)

Head over to that well-lit area we bypassed earlier.  Ask for rumors while you perform.

I have been itching to work on this again but haven't had a whole lot of time. I will have a lot of time in January especially on the weekends! ;D I'm working on an update but it might be a bit before I post it. There's a lot going on and new areas to design.

I'd like to get in on this if you ever decide to get back to it.

Have you tried creating more kobolds by budding yet? Or have you at least tried to undergo kobold mitosis and split into two identical kobolds to increase your chances that at least one of them makes it to the dagger and out alive?

Also, great story by the way, its got just the right mix of stupid kobold shenanigans and actual plot.

He'll get back to it, I'm sure. Honestly the first hiatus was longer than this.

As an actual suggestion I think that we should find a flat stone and engrave a picture of a tavern with a question mark next to it to show the guards when we encounter them. We can hand them the stone and then play a few notes on our 'instrument' to hopefully show that we are an animal person bard in search of the dwarven tavern. After that, just come up with a simple rhythm to play when you get to the tavern, and play it off that you're a novice hoping to learn how to play better. Really, you can just make any throaty grunting noises to pass by, as long as they aren't recognizably kobold utterances.
