Why in the HFS would we want to take the weapon rack?! We are a little kobold, and with our dagger skill, a dagger would be considerably better both offensively and defensively while not encumbering us.
IF taking it would not encumber us, I suppose we could take both the dagger and the rack, but I seriously doubt we are strong enough to do so.
Actually, what are our attributes? Are we exceptionally strong for a kobold?

If they get the weapon rack, a new one will be created instantly.

Really, just grab as many things as you can and throw the dead weight at the first threat you encounter, but keep the weapon rack handy in case you need to distract a cave ogre or something.

The copper wall slides into the floor. The gladiators walk to the center of a stadium to cheers and applause.

The weapon rack makes a screaching sound as you drag it slowly across the stadium.

The cheering stops.

How do you position yourself and the weapon rack for the fight?

Drag the rack into the middle of the arena.

Drag it against the wall right under the king's nose. Stand on top of it. Grab king's beard when he leans forward to see what's going, climb up, and exit through the royal door.

Hide behind the rack and use it as defense for when you're attacked

Hold onto the rack, throw it at an assailant when they're (on a tile) right next to you.

This is one of the greatest moments in Interactive Web Comic history. I am awed.

Carve a cheese into the weapon rack

Drag the rack into the middle of the arena.

+1, do this, but immediately afterwards stand on the rack and pose heroically for the crowd.

Then, use the rack as a center, and grab weapons off the rack as needed to combat our enemies. Use hemomancy as a last resort. focus on defensive action, we can tire our opponent out due to our impossible levels of dodge and such.

Hold onto the rack, throw it at an assailant when they're (on a tile) right next to you.

This also is wisdom.

+1 because it's more imaginative than what I came up with. Don't forget to take the dagger off the rack when we go.

Or, prepare an interpretive dance communicating our desire for all sapients to live in harmony.
