I thought that our objective was to become the best kobold thieve ever? Think about all the thievery we can do with blood superpowers!

Yes, but why did we want to become a skilled thief in the first place? To gain access to Tributescar, of course.

I say just answer honestly: "Tributescar"
+1 it honestly just seems like where this story is supposed to go.
+1
+1 ...Then wonder if what you said makes sense to big tall and armored, and why you told him so freely.
+1

... How can a voice be dark?

+1 I don't want Grawr to die (again) so soon.  Who knows what liquid he'll wake up in next?

Mustard. Clearly we are actually a ketchup-mancer. Soon we will rule over all the condiments.

Also, our answer shall be "I wish to become the greatest thief that ever lived, kobold or not; I wish to make the humans, the dwarves, all else, cower in fear when they hear tell that a kobold is coming for them and their treasures."

Gosh darnit, I don't check on this for two days and suddenly Gwrar is revived and on a Spooky Death Quest of Ultimate Fate™?

My take on this is that our adventurers will never meet, although their actions will be heavily intertwined.

Actually, is there any means of determining if we're even in the same universe as Noi, things like cultural hints or obscure religious symbols that have matched? I'd assume Gwrar is in the same world with Noi (or was, since we're in some afterlife right now) but without any proof our DM can pull a heckin bamboozle on us and decide that it isn't so.

As for our situation right now, we should answer whatever red/black dude wants from us and then see if we're allowed to enter into the fort, which may or may not be a way of getting us out of this weird blood dimension and back into the real world, which means one step closer to Tributescar!

Lastly, lets make sure that not having our flesh violently exploded off our bones is higher priority this time around.

Yes, when Noi was passing through the market one of the hawkers advertised goods from Cityshanks, the fortress in which Grawr met his (not quite) demise.

I say just answer honestly: "Tributescar"

"I seek Tributescar." you say. "How do I get back to Cityshanks?"

"There is no leaving this plane."

"Holy crap. you can understand me?"

"One's new body has new vocal chords."

"So I am stuck here forever?

"If one seeks that which one will never have one suffers. If one seeks that which one already have one is lost."

The being raises his hand and blood takes the form of Tributescar. It appears to be made of a shimmering red metal.

"What does one seek now."

It might just be a model, but grab it to be sure. Can't let the opportunity slip away. (also, that was a nice pun Superdorf)

Ask him who he is and what he wants.

seems like the best way to progress the plot.

For the moment, I seek to know what you seek, and for that matter, who you are. What I seek after that may depend upon your answers.

Carve a cheese.

Afterwards, ask who dis frisky dingo lookin' motherhubbard is.

Also, we need to GTFO of this plane. Perhaps we can create some kind of blood avatar to do our bidding upon the earth? Can we create persistent constructs now, like what that fake but obviously highly valuable dagger seems to be?
