The flying cursed mantis jerky strikes the dwarf in the neck and the severed part sails off in an arc.

The barrier shatters.

Mathias leaps forward with surprising speed.

Åblel removes a stone from her pocket. A rune carved on the stone begins to glow.

Mathias flickering sword is obliterated as it passes through a spherical barrier surrounding Åblel.

"This is no blood magic." Mathias states.

"Blasphemous wazzock!"

Åblel giggles with delight as she dashes for the ladder.

The amethyst man moves to defend her.

+1 I count at least 6 streaks of blood splatters, turn them into mantis projectiles hurling towards the hag's ass.

I say, let Matthias handle this purple cubic zirconia.

Actually, hurling six five fingers of death hemomantic mantis projectile towards the hag is just one portion of our action.
We can dodge-roll forward past the gem dude to chase down the hag.
And might as well shape a hemo version of Tributescar, and forward dodge-roll slice the hag's calcaneus (back of heel bone).

Matthias can handle the purple rain man here.

Use hemomancy to make weapons for yourself and Matthias, then dodgeroll after the dwarf and cut her feet so she falls down and can't get away.

Seriously-- Completely envelope the amethyst man in the blood of her fallen comrade, then use blood-puppetry to force it to do your bidding (marionette style).

Use it to beat the living snot out of our friendly witch.  Either her magical voodoo shield will terminate our amethyst man problem for us, or the spell only works on blood, and the kinetic energy of the amethyst man will continue even as our puppet "sock" gets obliterated, and the punch will land with gusto.

I fail to see the downside.

+1  but don’t forgot to hamstring the WAZZOCK witch with the bloodjerky missiles, rockboy may not be able to catch up to her otherwise.
