As the title says. Is there a working and non buggy mobile version I can try?

Nope. The LCS port for Android is notoriously outdated, unsupported (The guy behind it is pretty much dead and doesn't update anymore, just like how Jonathan S. Fox is "dead"), and prone to crashing. Your best bet is to find someone that could do it (good luck with that) or try porting LCS to android yourself somehow (also good luck with that).

Theres no IOS version either, and Apple would probably never allow that game to be on the App Store anyways if it did get ported to IOS unless it was heavily censored to remove all references to liberalism and conservatism or something.

GPL and IOS don't mix. (I Am Not A Lawyer: existing in the Apple Store, is generally considered a GPL violation.)
