Petition for Yoink to change his avatar
« on: June 03, 2017, 06:02:35 am »

As you all know, we have had a revelation about Yoink which has led me and a few like minded people to put up this request.

Yoink, you have to do this. Listen to your forum pals

I suggest going even further and petition to Toady to make iy binding law that if you have the same first name as the title of Bollywood movie then you have to use it's poster as an avatar or be BANNED FOREVER.

I have a better idea, either banjo dresses up like the actor and recreates the scene then adds the post production effects or we just shop his face on the poster

But... but... I haven't even seen the film! D:
How can I equip an avatar despite having no real knowledge of its source?! I'll have to see if the Indian grocery store that sells bootleg Bollywood DVDs near my friend's house has this one in stock. I need to at least to some homework before giving into overwhelming demand.

I say, whenever I have seen Yoink, I have thought 'I know that I have heard it somewhere... It reminds me of something. What could it be?'. However, a few minutes ago, a fifteen year old nerve cell sparked to life and returned a reply.

Yoink of the Yukon, of course!

(Mind you, seeing that cartoon in its original English is a hoot.)

So. My addition to this election is that if the Banjo party's demand becomes impossible to satisfy, due to a poorly stocked Bollywood emporium, then he must instead henceforth assume the avatar of Yoink of the Yukon.

EDIT: It ought to be noted that I am not suggesting this without a slight pinch in my heart, for Mr. Yoink's current picture is quite good, and I rather like it.
