basically your dwarves need to use the bathroom every once and a while but you can use that shit to fertilize crops and use corpses too oh and if you run out of booze and have no water your dwarves can drink there own piss but they will obviously dislike it

a) There's a suggestion on shit just a few lines below this one. Don't repeat suggestions.

If you have anything to add to it, do so. The suggestions forum allows necroing if you're going to add to the discussion. It's already down in Toady's black book ("players demand poo"), it doesn't need to be there twice.
