A thought occurs: Are there any recently-dead games that you guys wish were not so dead? I'm thinking maybe I should try making a 'continuation' of something that I didn't start. Not totally sure how that would work yet but it seems like a neat thing to try.

Not that recent, but... I had, like, no plan for this.
It was fun to write, and I don't see myself touching it anytime soon, and I wouldn't mind if someone decided to start it rolling again!

Maybe a continuation of that land wars variant you hosted - I want to go back to harvesting everything on the approximately 1500 square miles of playable area with my completely normal and not-malfunctioning-at-all industrial production core/rogue defense system hybrid.

There was this old forum story about this chick who gets kidnapped from earth by aliens, gets trained to be an alien super soldier, gets injected with some AI mind control device, then another when the first isnt enough, winds up finding other high tech humans eventually who she was meant to fight, and I think winds up getting a chance to side with them?

Bit of a long shot but does anyone remember it?  It was years ago now.
