Edited my turn, empire stuff, and recruiting warlock unit instead of the hero promotion.

Very minor edit again, changing what location I'm recruiting units (to better strike at those filthy neutrals.)

spend 800 on researching sea serpent taming (is this possible?)
Throw the empire guy into the sea for the sea serpent but have a covilian bring 500 to the empire and make it seem as it is a gift and we never got any tax requests.
