I assumed my city block' "Safety Inside" burrow is still in effect.

2z dry moat + 1 block wall should be enough turtle defense for non-flyers. 

Hopefully, the food and drinks are hauled in to full.  Food and drink production is done elsewhere. 
We should have a functioning well, with water via bucket brigade. 

Any were-beast military left?

Seige is taken care of, as are most of the were-creatures. The remaining one might not be infected after all, because he's stuck in the hospital with serious injuries.
