How to disable the "open previously visited webpage" feature in Windows Edge?

So apparently windows edge is set up to always open any previously opened tabs. I've got what may be a hostile website open in one of the tabs, and windows edge keeps reopening it with all the previous tabs. Can I stop this unwanted behavior without hacking my computer?
