Our other main question: do we want to keep pushing the ground war at TC,  or go back to Bait and Strike now we ground to lose?

An enemy opsec failure on discord tells us that they have developed some form of scorched earth tactic which from the sounds of it is going to be a purely defensive. They aren't going to push forward so it would be a waste of time. They have few troops left but reinforcements coming next turn that we can't possibly stop in the air. We need to push now and do as much damage as we can.

If we wipe out all their forces this turn, we might be able to set up dock cannons before they arrive next turn.

Would that taxis he more costly to us than their standard hats defence? I'd they've managed to incorporate their cannon into a tactic like bait and strike then we will take massive casualties.

I kinda love this sentence.

You're on your phone aren't you? Took me second to figure out what you were saying :). I pretty sure we blew their cannon to bits last turn.

They might have no cannon this turn. Good time to push.

Yes, I'm on my phone, and no I do not proofread. Hence Kathryn voting on things and random statements about taxis.

I'm pretty sure Draig said they had two cannons.

You know if you accidentally click on the opponents thread and read it as you thought it was yours. And the best and most fair move is to never mention it all and hoping that your long-term memory encoding and storage doesn't remember any of that info. Don't worry, in the long-term you did nothing wrong as long you don't give any of the info to threads and forums, and Draignean will never know. Unless he has the ability to intercept your IP... ;)

I'm not much of be strategy phase person, but I was thinking that we should incorporate our new Vanguard cannon into one of the Vipers. Also everyone is thinking that having powerful infantry is a good thing, but for the two fights we fought against their corvette, WE LOST TWICE. With heavy damage to our corvettes the first time and two destroyed corvettes the next, so you know what's the best strategy? Improving our infantry of course, because that means we have the most powerful units that can totally delay the enemy forces! Wait you need transports to deploy those marines, and you need corvettes (which suck against their corvettes) to protect against those transports. Yeah better infantry is the best way to go.

I am the Internet Protocol. I am the pulsing beacon at the heart of the electromagnetic warp that is the internet. I do not need to track you- you already track yourself via me.

More seriously, I have no idea what you're going on about, and it should be painfully obvious when you're in the Wreth thread, what with them all posting in triplicate.

I was just going off about people peeking in the thread, I'm just stating if it were to happen just keep it to yourself and don't allow it to be a problem, no ones going to know and it won't have any negative impact on the game. But yeah it should pretty obvious, I don't know how someone accidentally clicks the opposite thread and thinks it's their own

Guess we should have a strategy plan, any-who. I'll see what we can do with our limited resources, but I bet retreating in the skies is going to be thing this turn.

We should probably wait for crystal upgrade before equipping new viper.
We should fully repair the remaining one and give it the vanguard.

Plan: Regroup and Recover
Move the skiff, damaged viper, and the transport at the TC back to homespire. Use scouting tactics and do not engage.

The two skiffs at the wrackspire (who seem to be missing from the ships tab) should hold position, 1 using scouting, 1 using AAM.

The 4 skiffs at the unfinished should move to link up with the skiffs at the wrack spire, using AAM as they go.

ah Helmacon, there are no ships at the homespire. We were at capacity for skiffs before that last battle so no new skiffs were put into the works so we'll be getting new skiffs next turn but for this turn there's nothing at Kasgyr so there will be no escort.
