Breaking news: Dwarves are now envious of goldfish

Researchers have worked out that the reason goldfish are able to survive under frozen lakes in the absence of oxygen is that they produce alcohol


Clearly, we need to find a way to implement this behaviour in dwarf fortress, and then automate goldfish booze extraction.

Goldfish are a type of carp.

Dwarves want nothing to do with them.
