Turn 2Apologies to all for any weird paragraph breaks. I'm on a rather strange device which seems to enjoy mixing up the spacebar and the return key just to spite me. This should be remedied soon.
You easily slide the coin out of the slot. It turns out that the coin itself wasn't jammed - the machine seems to have a broken coin intake. You examine the coin closely. It doesn't resemble any form of currency used by the APP, nor does it bear any foreign markings. The only discernable image on the front face of the coin is a knife. The back of the coin is blank.

You then head through the taller door. Inside is a large room, with a concrete floor and walls. (Hidden roll) In the middle of the room is a small chest! The room only has one door besides the one you entered through.
You close your eyes, and reach deep within yourself to find what is not yourself. The sound of flowing water fills your entire being. You try to merge your spirit to the life-giving water. (1) Nothing happens. You try again. Despite your greatest efforts to merge your spirit with the mighty River Monitor, you fail to accomplish much of anything. The sound of water fades away.
You take a second look at the chisel. Perhaps with the right angle, it'll be painless!
You glare at the panel. It doesn't do anything. You loom over it menacingly. It doesn't react. With a mighty heave, you slam your body into the panel, rattling it and loosening it ever so slightly! (2) You repeat this for a while, but eventually you get to a point where the panel simply doesn't budge. You're also pretty sure you made a big racket.
(1) You kick the door as hard as you can. You yelp in pain as something in your foot cracks. It hurts a lot, and the door didn't budge. Perhaps next time you can use the handle. It seems that you kicked the door at just the wrong angle, and now you can't go much faster than a jog without severe pain. Hopefully nothing's broken.
You now have a minor wound.
Just as you begin to stride through the red door, you hear a dull thud, followed by a sharp cry of agony. You scramble over to the pedestal, your heart rate starting to accelerate. You peer at the pedestal closely. On it is a strange coin with an emblem resembling a knife upon it. You take the coin.

This room seems to be a dead end.
Apologies. I should have included the doors in the description of the room. As is customary, I will grant you a +1 bonus to your next roll, whatever it may be, in order to make up for the wasted turn. This shouldn't happen ever again.
You pick up the match and grin, not even giving the gun a second thought. You then look around the room, and notice a single door leading onwards, wherever onwards may be. You stride boldly through the door, but before you can examine your surroundings, you are interrupted by a series of thuds on the wall to your right. There's a door leading to wherever the thuds came from, as well as a door directly in front of you. As for the contents of the room, inside is a strange machine, oddly reminiscent of an automatic food vendor. It's rather large and bolted to the wall. It has a single coin slot with an image of a knife above the slot, as well as a dispensary slot at the bottom. The dispensary slot is covered by a metal flap. There's nothing else of note in this room.
(2) You look at the section of floor. You glean little about it. It looks safe to you, but you'd rather be safe than sorry, and skirt it altogether. After inching around the plate, you enter a new room - a rather large one, at that. Your observations are interrupted by a whirring noise. You look to the origin of the noise and see an automatic spring-gun turret in the center of the room. It seems to be guarding a large box.
You peek through the door.

Inside is... another person. You quickly withdraw before you're spotted. After waiting a few seconds, you go back to looking through the door. The person inside doesn't seem to see you. They're about to open what looks like a small chest. There's a single door behind them.
