Can Godless Dorfs make Temples?

If you are playing as a godless civ, can you still designate temples, such as if you have a visitor that has a deity?

Yes you can.
Playing with godless 'wild dwarves' right now. They can make temples just fine.

And yeah, just checked and you can make temples dedicated to the gods of your visitors even if you're a godless bunch of wild dwarves.
